I thought Mogsy's review was great and I LOVED the Gollum Trump tweets - I watched them earlier this week.

I wish you the best with Shark Island! It was straight up popcorn fun, but after a string of epic fantasy tomes and heavier sci-fi reads, it was exactly the kind of palate cleanser I needed.

I'm Chuckles, self named because I'm a grumpy muppet. Also I'm the wrong side of 40 and Scottish. Just so you know!

Fave genres are urban fantasy, prepper fiction, zombies, tudors, horror, apocalypse dystopia, mountain expeditions and action packed books with demons, Bigfoot, dinosaurs and other assorted nasties! Love action packed plots, Harry Potter, (Hufflepuff!!!) non whiny characters and funny sidekicks.

Don't read romance, PNR, erotica, YA books with angst or bullies or instaluv, steampunk, women's fiction or contemporary unless a plot really appeals to me. I hate slow plots, I DESPISE love triangles, detest love-hate angst, and MCs that are violent rapists, drugged up idiots, whiny females and obnoxious cretins!

Fave TV: Game of Thrones, Buffy, Deadliest Catch, Walking Dead, Bering Sea Gold, Elementary, Hannibal, Ax Men, Prisoner, West Wing, Gold Rush, SG Atlantis, Masterchef, Corrie, Scandal, Yukon Gold, Wicked Tuna, Lost, Alias and there are a ton of things I haven't got to watching yet!
